MY FAV PLACE AT UKM

My favourite place on campus is definitely PUSANIKA UKM. It’s not just a building, but a spot where I can relax, meet friends, and enjoy campus life. I love grabbing a bite or a drink from the many options there — ZUS for snacks, Bingxue for desserts, Tenpayaki for something warm, Tealive for bubble tea, and Emart for quick essentials. Every visit feels fun because there’s always something new to try or someone to chat with. It’s a lively place full of energy, yet it also has quiet corners where I can focus and study. Being at PUSANIKA makes me feel connected to the campus community and gives me a small break from my routine. For me, it’s the perfect place to recharge, enjoy good food, and spend time with friends while still feeling productive. It’s hands down my favourite spot at UKM.

MY HOBBIES

“Volleyball has become one of the most important hobbies in my life. Every time I step on the court, I feel free from stress and problems. The game helps me clear my mind and focus only on the moment. I like volleyball because it teaches teamwork. We need to talk, trust each other, and move together. It doesn’t matter if I’m spiking, receiving, or just supporting my teammates — I always learn something new. Sometimes the game is tough, sometimes it’s fun, but I enjoy every part of it. Volleyball also keeps me active and healthy. It pushes me to improve my strength, speed, and timing. Even when I’m tired, I still feel happy because I know I’m getting better. Winning feels great, but even losing helps me grow. For me, volleyball is not just a sport — it’s something that helps me become a stronger and more confident person.”

MYSELF, FAMILY MEMBERS AND MY HOMETOWN

“I come from a big family made up of four siblings and three step-siblings, and honestly, that mix of personalities is what makes my life a little louder, a little messier, but a whole lot happier. Each of us has our own journey, our own struggles, and our own strengths, yet somehow we always find time to come back together. Whether it’s a simple meal, a short trip, or just sitting around talking about random things, those moments always feel special. We don’t need anything grand to be happy — just being together is enough. Growing up in a blended family taught me patience, understanding, and the meaning of real support. No matter how tough life gets, I know I have a group of people who will stand by me, laugh with me, and remind me what home truly feels like. And that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.”
